How many dogs stay at one time?
Ivy welcomes a maximum of 3 dogs in total for homeboarding and daycare, so every dog receives personal attention.
Where will my dog sleep?
Dogs sleep in the bedroom with air conditioning. Bring their own bed if it helps them feel at home.
How often are dogs walked?
Depending on your dog’s breed and the weather, dogs go for 2–4 walks per day. There are also short toilet breaks in the daily routine.
Will my dog ever be left alone?
No. Dogs are not left alone during their stay with Ivy.
Can Ivy administer medication?
Yes, Ivy can administer oral medication. Please include the medication, dosage, schedule and any special requirements in your enquiry.
What should I bring?
- Food and treats
- Harness or collar, and leash
- Toys
- Food and water bowls
- Poo bags
- Your dog’s bed, if applicable
- Shampoo and a comb or brush if basic grooming is needed
- Any other items your dog may need
Can dogs from different families stay together?
Yes. Dogs are introduced outside the home, then enter together. If they get along, they can roam and play together. Otherwise, they are separated for their safety.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Homeboarding: check-in after 3pm and check-out before 6pm. Daycare charges apply to boarding check-ins before 12pm. Daycare: check-in after 7am and check-out before 8pm. Please discuss any other arrival or departure time with Ivy before booking.
How many dogs does Ivy walk at once?
One dog at a time, so your dog has Ivy’s undivided attention and she can stay aware of the surroundings.
Where do walks take place?
Ivy meets your dog at your home and walks around your estate, following your dog’s pace.
How long is a walk?
The listed S$20 rate is for a 30-minute private walk. Please discuss your dog’s needs and confirm the duration with Ivy.
What happens in an emergency?
Ivy will contact you and, if needed, take your dog to their regular vet. Please share any health concerns when you enquire.
Is pick-up and drop-off available?
Yes. Ivy can pick up your dog and bring them home after the service. The listed pick-up and drop-off fee is S$40; confirm the arrangements with Ivy.
Will I receive updates?
Ivy shares updates during care and after walks, so you can see how your dog is settling in.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 10% deposit is payable upon booking. The remaining 90% is payable one day before your booking begins. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking; Ivy will confirm availability, arrangements and payment details with you.
What is the cancellation policy?
The 10% deposit is refundable if you cancel before 12pm on the day before your booking starts. No refund applies if you cancel on or after the start date. Please confirm any cancellation circumstances outside these terms with Ivy before booking.
